Job Description

Driver's Mate / Van Driver Required Lichfield We are currently recruiting for a Driver's Mate / Van Driver to join our team in Lichfield on an ongoing basis. Role Details: Monday to Friday Occasional Saturday work may be required Early starts between 3:00am 4:00am Typical finish times between 11:00am 2:30pm (latest around 3:00pm) Minimum 8 hours paid per day £13.00 per hour Duties: Assisting the driver with deliveries and customer drops Loading and unloading goods Alternating between Driver's M…

Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive a company van for deliveries or collections across your route
• ✓Plan efficient routes using navigation tools and local knowledge
• ✓Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in roadworthy condition
• ✓Liaise professionally with customers and clients on arrival
• ✓Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects immediately
