Job Description
Ideal Recruit is currently looking for Van Drivers for a well-established client based in Manchester. Day shifts start times between 04:00-08:00 This is an excellent opportunity for Drivers who are looking to get the hours in, averaging 10-14 hours per shift. Duties: Drivers will be expected to make Nationwide deliveries of appliances. Between 10-12 deliveries per shift. Manual handling will be involved. Shift Pattern: Any 5 days between Monday-Saturday. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive a company van for deliveries or collections across your route
- ✓Plan efficient routes using navigation tools and local knowledge
- ✓Keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, and in roadworthy condition
- ✓Liaise professionally with customers and clients on arrival
- ✓Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects immediately
