Job Description

Training Supervisor - Rutland Monday - Friday A quick look at the role You will carry out training for drivers, loaders, operatives and supervisors at Biffa’s recycling and waste management contracts in and around Rutland, ensuring that employees are fully equipped to carry out their roles. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
