Job Description

Salary: £25,948 (inc. real living wage) increasing to Band C £28,415 (pay rise pending) once qualified and whilst driving a HGV. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Operations Team and be trained (fully funded) to be a fully qualified Heavy Good Vehicle Driver. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
