Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our farm team from March 2026 on a fixed term contract for up to 8 months. The role is based in Farningham however, your duties will include driving to several Watts Farms field locations across Kent & Essex. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Operate your assigned vehicle safely and in compliance with UK road laws
- ✓Follow all health, safety, and company policies at all times
- ✓Complete vehicle walkaround checks and maintain accurate driving records
- ✓Communicate effectively with your team, dispatch, and customers
- ✓Ensure timely completion of all assigned driving duties
