HGV Class 1 Drivers – Chepstow | Temp to Perm | Days Only | 4 on / 4 off A&G Resourcing is looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join a well-respected, driver-focused client in Chepstow. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering day shifts , early start times, and a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with excellent earning potential once permanent. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
