Job Description

$1,000 Sign on Bonus Our Newport, RI depot is look for our next route driving rockstar. Our commercial truck drivers have a schedule that consists of 4 10-hour shifts throughout the week. The start time can be anywhere between 3 am and 6 am . This is a local route, so you'll be able to be home every night. Our drivers have a starting hourly rate between $32-34 per hour. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
