Job Description

We’re looking for experienced Roadworker/LGV Drivers to be part of the Highways Construction Services team undertaking planned highway, bridge and related construction and reconstruction projects, all based within our beautiful county of Derbyshire. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
