Job Description
We are currently seeking a Relief Service Delivery Driver to support the delivery and collection of company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high-quality service to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
