Job Description

Hireaperson Employment Agency are looking for a Refuse Loader/Driver's Mate Location: Widnes Previous refuse loading experience required. Need to be physically fit & strong. Preferable that candidates hold a valid driving licence - due to having to assist the LGV Class 2 drivers reversing etc & so in turn road knowledge is a must. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
