Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team based in Newbury. This role is ideal for someone confident operating a reach truck who is also happy to support with general warehouse duties. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
