Job Description
Setting Up for Events and Graduations. Based in the Estates Services Works Management Section, working with the Portering team, you will be given good guidance on your working day and as you gain more experience you will be able to coordinate the safe transportation and set-up of a range of furniture, displays and specialist high value equipment to facilitate a range of teaching and events across the various University sites.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Operate your assigned vehicle safely and in compliance with UK road laws
- ✓Follow all health, safety, and company policies at all times
- ✓Complete vehicle walkaround checks and maintain accurate driving records
- ✓Communicate effectively with your team, dispatch, and customers
- ✓Ensure timely completion of all assigned driving duties
