Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our Distribution Team. Your main responsibilities will be : Assisting in a range of distribution activities including preparing orders for dispatch. Unloading and loading lorries using a Power Pallet truck (training will be provided). Maintaining a safe working environment. Carry out tasks effectively as part of a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
