Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Category C HGV Driver to join a well-established operation based in Newton Abbot on a permanent night shift basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, reliable work within a professional 24-hour working environment. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
