Job Description

Our Client based in Eastleigh is currently looking for an HGV Cat C driver to work Monday to Friday driving a Cat C 18 ton lorry. This is a temp to Perm position with an annual salary of £39,400 plus overtime. The Hourly rate is £16.76 per hour. You will receive at least 2 weeks training so New pass drivers are welcome. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
