JOB DESCRIPTION To participate as a member of Property Maintenance Team in delivering a comprehensive building maintenance service to the Council, carrying out elements of a designated craft trade allocated to them – in house training will be provided for any elements of craft trade requirements in both Housing & Non-Housing repairs.
