Job Description
We are currently looking for an HGV LorryDriver - Tramper to join our friendly team based at Dunbar, East Lothian. Main Responsibilities As a successful HGV Lorry Driver - Tramper , you will be responsible for the delivery of Tarmac bulk and packed cement between Tarmac sites and to customers, and other duties in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
