Job Description

Taylor Stevenson is currently recruiting LGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers to support a busy distribution operation based in South Ockendon, Thurrock. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced LGV drivers looking for a stable role with excellent earning potential, premium rates, overtime, and ongoing driver support. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
