The Best Connection Group Limited is currently looking for a LGV Category CE Night Driver to join their team in Matford, Exeter. This is a Full-Time position offering £40k - £60k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description

Exeter HGV Class 1 (LGV Cat CE) Night Drivers required for ongoing work, which could lead to a full time position. Guaranteed 48 hours per week. Paying between £19.24ph and £28.86ph. Newly qualified drivers welcome as fully paid training will be provided. Please see 2 week rolling rota below. Choose between 1 to 5 shifts per week. Nightly Trunk run to the midlands. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
