Job Description

HGV Class 1 Drivers required Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE / LGV 1 Drivers to work out of our client in Hams Hall on an ongoing basis with immediate starts available. For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / CE Driver role, you will be responsible for: • Driving a boxed heavy good vehicle. • Completing deliveries to stores and DCs across the UK. • Moving cages and dollies to the back of the truck. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
