About This Role
Driver Resource Ltd is currently looking for a HGV LTD Driver to join their team in Desford, Leicester. This is a Full-Time position offering £44k - £49k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description
Class 1 driver Moving trailers from 1 warehouse to another, roughly about 400 metres apart. In a tractor unit and not a tug. The Client currently has 6 units and 22 trailers on site. Rotating shifts every 2 weeks Will start on shift 1 - 16:30 – 02:30 shift. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
