Job Description
Exciting opportunity for self starters to work for a long standing, progressive, family owned food retailing business. Based at our Depot on Weymouth Road, Eccles, Creamline Dairies are looking for Class 2 Drivers to be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of milk and produce to wholesale customer fridges together with the collection of empty crates, bottles, cages and pallets. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
