HGV Class 2 Driver – Waste Collection – Kettering/Wellingborough £16.35 PAYE or £20.79 Umbrella | Full Time | Immediate Start We are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to work with a local authority waste collection team covering Kettering and Wellingborough depots. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
