Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Class 2 HGV Driver with a professional manner to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent. This role will involve frequent travel across the UK with 4 nights away from home each week. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
