Job Description
Position: HGV Driver/ Drainage Engineer Location: Camberley Depot- MTS Yard 1, Lynchford Lane, Farnborough, GU14 6JD Line Reporting Manager: DepotManager Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00am - 16:00pm 50hour week (with a lot of opportunities for overtime on the weekend and night work) You are able to work 12 consecutive days and then you are legally required to have 48hours down time . Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
