Job Description

We are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to work on a full time basis for days on our waste water contracts operating throughout the North West working out of our site in York. Driving a vacuum tanker, the work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the North West of England. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
