TRC Yorkshire is currently looking for a HGV Class 1 - NIGHTS to join their team in Hoyland, Barnsley. This is a Contract position offering £16 - £21, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting Class 1 (C&E Drivers) on behalf of EVRi Hub, Barnsley. Hours: Choose your own days of work and start times by providing a 2-hour window from 19:00-02:00. Please note you must be able to provide availability on a Friday OR Sunday (This does not mean you will be working one of these days every week). Pay Rates: * (PAYE 6AM onwards): Monday to Friday £16.21, Saturday £17.87 & Sunday £18.20 * (PAYE 2PM onwards): Monday to Friday £16.87, Saturday £18.29…

Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
