Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Class 1 Night Drivers for our client based in Wigan. With a good knowledge of road safety and a strong work ethic. Shift Patterns Available: Monday to Friday. Tuesday to Saturday. Wednesday to Sunday. Start times between 9pm and 2am. 10-12 hour shifts. Work Details: Box trailer work. Night trunking work. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
