Job Description

Connect Driver Solutions have driving work available with our Newhouse-based logistics client. We're seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to undertake general night shift trunking work - new passes welcome! What's on offer? Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
