Job Description

Staffline are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Day Drivers for our client based in Stoke. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing weekday work delivering timber products to well-known retailers. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
