HGV CONTAINER DRIVER WANTED Here at The Best Connection we are looking for a HGV Container driver to join our client at Southampton. This is an ongoing role, with potential to go full time with a contract. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
