Platinum People are recruiting for a HGV C1E Driver in Bagshot Location: Surrey Highways Depot Rate: £180 per day Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work We are recruiting a HGV C1E Driver to join our highways team working across the Surrey road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
