Job Description

The Best Connection Scotland is currently recruiting Class 2 (HGV) Drivers on behalf of our national client. This role involves delivering goods to residential addresses across the Central Belt. You will work as part of a two-person delivery team , supported by an experienced driver's mate. This is an ongoing opportunity , with flexibility for those seeking occasional or weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
