Job Description
Drivers Today are currently looking for HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a busy pallet network operation in Stoke-on-Trent . This role offers steady, ongoing work with no manual handling , making it ideal for drivers who prefer a clean, efficient delivery environment . Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
