Job Description

As a Class 2 HGV, you will transport airline catering between the catering unit and aircraft, ensuring safe and on-time deliveries. Your duties include loading and unloading catering trolleys and carrying out vehicle checks while following safety procedures. As part of the application process, a mandatory 5-year background check and Basic DBS check will be completed (not required before applying), and AVSEC training will be provided before your start date. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
