Job Description
Drivers Today are recruiting for HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers for day work within a pallet network based in Stoke-on-Trent . This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for clean, organised work with no handball , working with well-maintained vehicles and professional operations. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
