Job Description
Long-Term, Regular Work | Full-Time | Immediate Starts Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Shunter for our client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. We are offering ongoing, year-round work with guaranteed minimum pay of 8 hours per shift. Mon -Fri 13:00 -22:00, overtime available Sunday. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
