Job Description
FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative REQUIRED IN QUEENSLIE, GLASGOW - £13.11 Per Hour Our client is extremely busy, and require Warehouse Operatives to work in their warehouse in Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow, the role will involve using a handheld scanner to pick stock and using a Reach Truck to move items around the warehouse. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
