Job Description

Ad-Hoc HGV Class 1 Driver Trainer Location: Hayes (Temporary travel to Silvertown required for approximately 4 weeks) Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off Pay Rates: * £19.00 per hour when training/assessing * £18.00 per hour when driving We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver Trainer to support a busy transport operation based in Hayes. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
