Job Description
We are looking for a professional and reliable HGV Class 1 (CE) Driver to join our transport team. You will be delivering primarily to RDCs using high-quality trucks (less than 2 years old), with no loading or unloading required. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
