Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Reach truck driver to join their busy operation in Southampton. This is a cold store working environment (-18 degrees) Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with an hour break. Duties including loading and unloading trailers, picking and at times general warehouse duties. You must be hard working, reliable and able to work both alone and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
