JOHN BENNETT T/A BENNETTS OF KILWINNING is currently looking for a COACH DRIVER to join their team in Saltcoats, North Ayrshire. This is a Full-Time position offering From £31k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.
As a COACH DRIVER, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring safe and efficient driving duties are carried out to the highest standards. The right candidate will be punctual, professional, and experienced in the relevant vehicle type or driving category.

Job Description
Coach driver required with a minimum of 3 years high end coach driving experience, work will involve driving on day tours, private hires and corporate and sporting events. Must hold a current PCV driver licence and driver CPC card, must hold or be willing to go through Disclosure. Adhere to company dress code, have excellent customer care skills. This role will be for 40 hours per week and 5 days over 7, overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Operate passenger buses or coaches safely along designated routes
- ✓Follow timetables accurately while prioritising passenger safety
- ✓Assist passengers including those with mobility needs
- ✓Collect fares, issue tickets, and operate onboard systems
- ✓Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report mechanical issues
