Job Description

We are a recruitment agency looking for CLASS 2 REFUSE TRUCK DRIVERS The Role: We are looking for Class 2 Refuse Drivers to join our waste and recycling collection team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely driving a refuse collection vehicle and working alongside a team of refuse loaders to collect household and commercial waste and recycling. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
