Rapier Employment is currently looking for a Class 2 Home delivery to join their team in Blue Bell Hill, Chatham. This is a Full-Time position offering £38k - £57k, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a well-established operation.

Job Description
HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm Location: Rochester Pay: £18.25 per hour Holiday Pay (£20.45 PAYE) Overtime: £27.37 per hour (£30.69 PAYE) Bonus: Up to £1,300 Quarterly OTE: Up to £45,500 £5,200 Bonus Benefits Monday to Friday – No Weekend Work Secure, well-paid, long-term driving work with real progression. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
