Job Description
Full time, permanent positions available NOW! We are looking to hire HGV drivers preferably with scaffolding or labouring experience. Immediate starts available for the right applicants. Wage depends on experience and work covered. Full scaffolding training offered. Must be able to get to our yard in Minster on Sea, Sheppey.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
