Job Description
GXO is hiring! Class 2 Drivers ● Join our B&Q retail Store to Home team in Great Western Road, Glasgow, (G15 8TB) ● Based at store and working as part of a two-person crew delivering B&Q products into customer homes ● Permanent full-time roles ● An hourly rate of £14.70, that is an annual salary of £30,576.00 ● Overtime pay ● B&Q store discount (upon successful completion of probation period) Interested? Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
