Job Description

Kingston Barnes are recruiting Class 2 Drivers to work for our client based in Avonmouth in Bristol. The positions are 12 weeks temp to perm which means that for the first 12 weeks you will be employed by Kingston Barnes (we are a recruitment agency) and after 12 weeks the client will offer you a permanent contract directly with them. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
