Job Description
FULL & PART TIME DRIVERS TEMPORARY & PERMANENT POSITIONS Approx 27-45 hours per week Monday - Friday (optional Saturday overtime) Wolverhampton based (WV6 9HD) Must be age 30 due to insurance. Must have Class 2 (Category C) driving licence. Must have valid in date CPC & TACHO card. Experience in the role is an advantage, and preferred. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
