Job Description
Our client based in Wellingborough require Class 1 Drivers to work Monday to Friday on either a day or night shift. Flexible Start times. This is an ongoing position with the possibility of permanent positions after a successful trial period. Key Responsibilities
- ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
- ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
- ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
- ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
- ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
