Job Description

Job Title: Trunker Driver Location: Burton Upon Trent, DE14 2BG Job Length: Permanent Working Hours: 48 hours per week, working on the AM shift. Starting between 4am and 9am, any 5 days in a 7 day period. Flexibility will be required to work outside of these hours and to assist on other shifts to suit business needs. Key Responsibilities

• ✓Drive HGV/LGV vehicles over planned routes, delivering goods safely and on time
• ✓Complete tachograph records accurately and adhere to drivers' hours regulations
• ✓Conduct pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections (walkaround checks)
• ✓Ensure loads are secured correctly and within legal weight limits
• ✓Liaise with depot teams and customers regarding deliveries
